I have noticed that billymays.com and billymays.org are both grabbed. To add insult to injury the owner of billymays.org pitches the domain to Billy. Under recent domain laws I think this is perfectly legal. And I guess Billy Mays could get a domain like iamtherealbillymays.com or something.

But with the monetary value of the Billy Mays brand and the amazing opportunity to make his pitches to the online world this may be a major problem for Billy. This may make Billy Mays sad, but I bet he will not loose his great smile!
